By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. The website belongs to Navbharat Enterprises, Samatha Colony, Bentoubavdi, Toli Chowki, Hyderabad, Telangana 500008. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Products and information
We try to show product names, wattages, sizes and images accurately. Products come from manufacturers such as Panasonic and Halonix, and their specifications can change without notice. Colours on your screen may look slightly different from the real product. If a detail matters to you, such as the cut-out size or the cap type, ask us before you order.
Prices and availability
Prices are in Indian rupees. Prices and stock can change, and a product shown on the site may run out. We may refuse or cancel an order if a price was shown wrongly or the product is not available, and we will refund any amount you have already paid for it.
Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract only when we confirm it by message, email or phone, or when we dispatch the goods. For large or bulk orders we may confirm quantity, price and delivery time with you first.
Payment
Payment is taken through the methods shown at checkout. Where an order is confirmed by phone, we will tell you how to pay. Do not share card numbers or passwords with us by message.
Delivery
We deliver across India. Delivery times are estimates and depend on your location, the courier and stock. Our shipping and delivery policy explains the details.
Returns and refunds
Our refund and return policy explains what to do if an item arrives damaged, wrong or faulty.
Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty, and its period and conditions are set by the manufacturer. Keep your invoice, because the manufacturer or its service centre will ask for it. Warranty does not cover damage from wrong installation, voltage surges, water entering an indoor fitting or misuse.
Installation
Lighting, fans and solar products should be fitted by a qualified electrician. We are not responsible for loss or injury caused by faulty wiring or fitting that we did not carry out.
Brand names and images
Panasonic, Halonix, Khul, Swaaadle and other brand names, logos and product images shown on this site belong to their owners. They are used only to identify the products we supply. You may not copy or reuse the text, photographs or layout of this site for another business without our written permission.
Errors on the site
Product details and prices are entered by people, and mistakes can happen. If you notice a wrong specification, price or photograph, please tell us and we will correct it. We may cancel an order that was placed on the basis of an obvious error.
Availability of the site
We try to keep the site running at all times, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free from interruptions. We may change or remove pages and products without notice.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the site or the products. Our liability for any order will not be more than the price you paid for the product concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law gives you the right to go to another court.
